Stan Dewulf has prolonged his stay at AG2R Citroën, staying with the French WorldTour team for at least the end of 2024.

Dewulf, winner of the U23 edition of Paris-Roubaix, has joined AG2R Citroën in 2021, after turning pro in 2018 at Lotto Soudal. The 24-year-old has shown his talent in several races, especially in the Classics.

Last year he took his first professional victory: the Boucles de l’Aulne and collected strong results in a.o. Binche-Chimay-Binche and Paris – Tours. This year, he already took third in a stage of Ruta del Sol and finished fourth in the Walloon classic of Le Samyn. Dewulf currently is leader of the Youth Classification at Paris-Nice.

Stan Dewulf: “I am really happy to continue the adventure with AG2R Citroën Team. The challenges, physically spoken, are interesting and there’s a good team atmosphere that allows me to be comfortable and to continue my progress.” Team manager Vincent Lavenu adds: “Stan is a young rider, who brings a lot to the group and has blended into the collective very quickly with an excellent state of mind. He knows how to win races and is an important element in the team, especially for the Classics in Flanders.”
