Our team
Founder & Agent
In 2008 Jef set up the ISEA management agency and became the confidential advisor of amongst others Wout van Aert, Jurgen Van den Broeck, Wouter Weylandt, Mario Aerts, Frederik Willems, Bjorn Leukemans and others. Over the years ISEA has been acquiring decisive significance in the international field of cycling.
Founder & Agent
Yannick started his career as a young cyclist. After many hours in the saddle and behind books, he obtained a master's degree in physical education and sports management at the Free University of Brussels (VUB). In 2012 he became a 'UCI Certified riders’ agent' and set up Consus Sports Management, which within a short period of time acquired a worthy place in the world of cycling.
Scout & Performance coach
With two of my uncles as professional cyclists, it was inevitable to start riding a bike myself. I competed at a continental level for four years and when I stopped racing professionally, I became a personal trainer of young potentials. Helping athletes grow and guiding them to pro teams matched with the vision of Yannick, who I met during my years as a Junior cyclist. The next step - to become scout at Isea - came naturally and will result in an even better follow-up and support for talented youngsters, who want to become professional cyclist.
Rider's agent
Nicolas Fagnen (FR) has been a UCI certified riders’ agent at his own management BF Agency before joining Isea Sport Management. Nicolas represents our women cyclists and focuses on the French market in particular.
Communication / Social media
After obtaining her Bachelor's degree in Applied Linguistics and Master's degree in Journalism, Liene gained specific knowledge of the sports industry with the post-graduate course 'Sport Management' at the University in Brussels. In 2019, she joined Isea to help the agency with matters related to communication and social media.
